I learnt many things during this time, one thing is that these problems can be addressed by different approaches, from creating social opportunities around wildlife (I strongly recommend you to see the amazing work of Tompkins Conservation and Rewilding Argentina, see the Links) to enforce controls and apply technology to keep track of relevant events. Big Cat Brother, is an example of the last one.

Our constant need for expansion and resources confined WildLife to relatively small, remote and hard to penetrate places. That means that technology based solutions have to deal with very extreme operational conditions; those constraints are typically the lack of energy sources, communication infrastructure and autonomy. This is what I mean by wild edge tech. Why do I say it is a Revolution ? Well, It will be a revolution because powerful and low power consumption computing is evolving pretty fast and I bet you will see lots of smarts devices everywhere soon. The enablers are there, now decisions is what is needed.
